The Classroom Experience
Beyond creating art, students’ artistic skills, practical craftsmanship, and confidence are built through hands-on exploration. Lorena holds an M.A. in Art History and Museum Studies, and an M.A. in Modern and Contemporary Studies. She has been the Director of Education and Public Programs at Arte Américas since 2023.
Corina holds an M.A. in Chicano/Chicana Studies with an emphasis in education and ethnic studies and a B.A. in Business and Administration. She has coordinated all in-school programs for Arte Américas since 2024.
