Corina Correa is a Chicana feminist, artist, and scholar born and raised in the 559. At Arte, Corina manages in-school programs, supports gallery educators and teaching artists, and coordinates multigenerational programs and events such as Arte, Pero Later, Bilingual Storytime, and Día del Niño. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Fresno State and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Chicana/o/x Studies at San José State University. She has presented her research at the NACCS conferences in 2024 and 2025. In recognition of her academic achievements, she has received several scholarships, including the City of Fresno Women’s Commission 2024 Scholarship, the NACCS Student Presenter Travel Fellowship, and the College of Social Sciences (CoSS) Student RSCA Award.
