We’ll be screening The Garden (2008), a powerful documentary about the South Central Farmers and their fight to keep the largest community garden in the U.S. alive—a story of healing, resistance, and community rooted in the aftermath of the 1992 L.A. riots.
After the film, stick around for a plant swap! Bring your indoor or outdoor plants and cuttings to trade. No plants? No problem, just come and leave with a new leafy friend.
